How much does Inbox cost?
Inbox is free during beta. We'll be charging for some more advanced features in the future.
Can I use Inbox with my Zendesk Support account?
You can connect Inbox to a Zendesk Support account and share conversations between them. Just go to the Settings menu and click the "Connect to Zendesk (BETA)" link to get started.
Does Inbox have macros, canned responses, or reporting?
Currently Inbox does not offer these features, but we'll be working on advanced features like them for the paid plan. If you need these types of features right now, Zendesk Support offers them.
Does Inbox have an API?
No, it does not. We're curious how you would use it though, so please share.
